Workout Outline

This workout is a full body routine and can be performed for time or reps. If  you decide to do this workout for time you can do 50 secs of work and 10-20 of rest or 30 secs of work and 10-20 secs of rest

1. Burpees

3. Wood chopper (Right)

4. Wood chopper (Left)

5. Scissor Leg Abs

6. Burpees

7. Plank Rows

8. Wood chopper (Right)

9. Wood chopper (Left)

10. Scissor Leg Abs

11. Burpees

12. Plank Rows

13. Wood chopper (Right)

14. Wood chopper (Left)

15. Scissor Leg Abs

It is important to challenge your body during the work periods, but always work at the pace that you can handle.

Equipment Needed

 

Interval Timer

Exercise Mat

Dumbbell

 

 

Always remember to keep your body hydrated before, during and after your workout

 

It is important to warm up before your workout by doing some dynamic movement

 

During the workout remember to breathe

 

Cool Down:  by marching in place or doing some gentle jumping jacks

 

Don’t forget to stretch
