Workout Outline

This workout can be performed by reps (8-10 reps per move). You can go through this workout once or you can repeat it for a longer workout

1. Tricep Kick Back (Right)

2. Tricep Kick Back (Left)

3. Dumbbell Flies

4. Tricep Drops

5. Dumbbell Side Raises

6. Dumbbell Front Raises

7. Tricep Kick Back (Right)

8. Tricep Kick Back (Left)

9. Dumbbell Flies

10. Tricep Drops

11. Dumbbell Side Raises 

12. Dumbbell Front Raises

13. Tricep Kick Back (Right)

14. Tricep Kick Back (Left)

15. Dumbbell Flies

It is important to challenge your body during the work periods, but always work at the pace that you can handle.

Always remember to keep your body hydrated before, during and after your workout

 

It is important to warm up before your workout by doing some dynamic movement

 

During the workout remember to breathe

 

Cool Down:  by marching in place or doing some gentle jumping jacks
